Carlos has an architect’s mentality. He is one of those people who builds and plans for the future based on a solid foundation. Carlos’s career has grown through hard work and persistence, although he is always one step ahead and always willing to take on the heavy work if it means he can help advance sustainability and continue contributing to the growth of those around him, whether the professional team, his friends or his family, whom he greatly admires. Behind his level-headed and balanced demeanor lies a passion for sports, mentoring and motorsports.

From a historically entrepreneurial family, Juan is committed to and proactive with the team and the investment projects he’s involved in, always from a perspective of operations and growth. He is a family man with integrity who recharges his batteries in the snow or taking a swing on the golf course.

Juan Eusebio has the uniqueness of having been a company’s CEO and he is one of those who makes things happen. His leadership is based on his strong convictions and clear ideas, although he is always open to listening and learning. He is of the opinion that to improve and grow you have to surround yourself with talent, and Juan Eusebio has a good eye for spotting talent. He pays attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture. Juan Eusebio enjoys sports, whether skiing or swimming and he practices yoga as well. Juan Eusebio is a great host. If you ever ask him to recommend a good wine, he is sure to get it right.
