Carles often says he has grown personally and professionally at Miura—and with good reason. He embodies values that are core to the firm: responsibility, integrity, and a pursuit of excellence. Empirical by nature yet creative at the same time, Carles is full of surprises—he might entertain you with a magic trick or take you up in a small plane. Above all, he aims to keep growing while taking pride in the path he’s traveled.

Carles was part of the Miura Partners team as an Investment Director for more than ten years, until in 2023 he took on the role of CEO at SABSEG, a Miura portfolio company. After successfully leading the project’s initial development, he returned to Miura in 2025 to begin a new chapter as an Operating Partner. He also brings Corporate Finance experience from his time in London at the investment bank Morgan Stanley. His well-rounded profile stands out: active involvement in his family business as a third-generation member, a solid financial track record on Miura’s investment team, proven leadership as CEO of a portfolio company, and a strong operational lens in his current role.

Carles holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration from HEC Paris. He also serves on the board of the Forum of the Catalan Family Business Association and participates in the Barcelona Global 2040 Council.
