A leading group of mental health and emotional wellbeing centers

Grupo Plenia is a consolidation project in mental health, neurosciences, and lifestyle medicine in Spain. The group was founded in 2025 through the partnership between Miura Partners and the founders of the mental health centers Centro Psicosanitario Galiani (Seville) and Orientak (Madrid), José Antonio Galiani and Eva Milla, respectively, with the aim of launching a national growth and consolidation project for the sector.

Grupo Plenia aspires to build the country’s most robust and human-centered healthcare ecosystem, with clinical excellence as the foundation of the project. Its model is based on evidence-based protocols, continuous team training, and a deeply human approach to patient care.

The project is supported by a management team with extensive experience in growth and consolidation initiatives, led by Pedro Álvarez as CEO, and leverages Miura Partners’ expertise in building sector platforms. Beyond the integration of new centers, Miura contributes a strategic vision focused on group cohesion, the creation of operational synergies, process improvement, talent attraction, and the acceleration of sustainable growth.
